What happens after the first 30 days?

Every new account enjoys their first 30 days for free. If you decide Little Green Light is right for your nonprofit, simply select a monthly or annual subscription plan in your existing account. If you decide it's not the right fit, you can easily export your data, and the account will close automatically.

How much will I be charged for additional users?

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Our subscription rate is based solely on the number of constituent records in your account. Please note that if you choose to use our online donation processing service, transaction fees will apply.

Which features are included in my account?

All of them! Your account includes every feature we offer, beginning from the moment you set up a new account. There are no extra modules to buy. Features include complete constituent management, activity tracking, event management, online donation processing and a whole lot more!

Is support included?

Yes! Our office hours are M-F between 9:00am - 6:00pm EST and we respond to most questions within an hour (during business hours). In addition to email support, live Q&A webinars are held twice weekly.

What if I decide to cancel my subscription?

If, at any point you decide that the Little Green Light platform isn’t quite right for your needs, you can simply export your data and be on your way. There is no cancellation fee and no obligation to continue using your Little Green Light account at any time. We want you to have the best donor management software for your organization, even if it isn’t our system.

What if I need help reorganizing records or transitioning our complex database?

Little Green Light is built to make the setup process as uncomplicated as possible. We provide a number of educational resources, including video tutorials, to make your transition to Little Green Light easy, and maybe even a little fun.
