Little Green Light will be offering several training opportunities this fall, including our popular Basic Training webinar series, our weekly Customer Q&A sessions, and a new LGL-sponsored webinar on how to record income in QuickBooks Online, presented by Gregg Bossen, CPA.
Little Green Light will be offering two additional Basic Training webinar series this year, the first in September and the last in November. The Basic Training series is perfect for new Little Green Light users who want to learn the nuts and bolts of working in LGL. Each session will last an hour and will focus on a specific area of functionality. Sessions will be held via webinar, and time will be allotted to answer participants’ questions.
Session 1: Constituents 101 – In this session, we will cover the basics of managing constituent data as well as review simple searching and filtering techniques.
Session 2: Gift Management 101 – In this session, we will cover the basics of managing gift data as well as review the Acknowledgments process in LGL.
Session 3: Reporting 101 – In this session, we will cover the basics of generating reports in LGL.
September dates: Thursdays, Sept. 9, 16, and 23 from 3-4 pm ET
November dates: Tuesdays, Nov. 9, 16, and 23 from 3-4 pm ET
