After a few false starts, I stumbled upon Little Green Light. When you need assistance with a specific question, need help in preparing a complex report, or are struggling with importing your data, our experienced team is happy to help. Email support is provided at no extra cost for all Little Green Light users, even if you’re just trying us out.
We respond to most questions within 1 to 2 hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm Eastern.
