FAQs
What happens after the first 30 days?
You won't be charged a subscription fee for the first 30 days following account creation, even if you subscribe during that time. After your first 30 days, it’s your choice what to do next. If you love our platform as much as our other customers and decide to continue using Little Green Light, there is no need to set up a new account—simply select a monthly or annual subscription for your existing account. If you decide to close your account, you can export your data with no penalty or fees.
How much will I be charged for additional users?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Our subscription rate is based solely on the number of constituent records in your account, and whether you’ve selected a monthly or annual pricing plan.
Which features are included in my account?
All of them! Every account is granted the same access to all of our features, including the new ones we haven’t even rolled out yet. We want to make your experience as simple and worry-free as possible. The only time you need to think about upgrade fees is when your number of constituent records increases to the next level.
Are there additional fees for processing online donations through LGL forms?
Although there is no added cost to build and publish forms using LGL forms, there are transaction fees for payments and/or donations made via a form. The costs vary based on the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and the type of credit card accepted.
What if I decide to cancel my subscription?
If, at any point, you decide that the Little Green Light platform isn’t quite right for your needs, you can simply export your data and be on your way. There is no cancellation fee and no obligation to continue using your Little Green Light account at any time. We want you to have the best donor management system for your organization, even if it isn’t our system.
Is support included?
Yes! Our office hours are M-F between 9:00am and 7:00pm EST, and we respond to most questions within 1-2 hours (during business hours). In addition to email support, live Q&A webinars are held twice weekly.
Will I be charged sales tax on my Little Green Light subscription?
If your organization is based in a state where we need to collect and remit sales tax, then yes. As of June 2023, this only affects customers in Washington State and Arizona.
What if I need help reorganizing records or transitioning our complex database?
Little Green Light is built to make the setup process as uncomplicated as possible. We provide a number of educational resources, including video tutorials, to make your transition to Little Green Light easy, and maybe even a little fun.
