LGL Forms – A simpler way to collect information and donations online

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of LGL Forms, a powerful form builder that offers secure payment processing and a direct integration with the LGL donor management system.

Using Forms, you can design, build, and publish web forms to accept online donations, capture event RSVPs or ticket sales, collect membership information and dues, and a whole lot more.

LGL Forms includes payment processing through ProPay, a leader in secure payment processing. ProPay offers a simple, online self-enrollment process that enables your nonprofit to begin accepting credit card and bank transfer (ACH / EFT) payments within minutes.

LGL Forms is also fully integrated with the LGL donor management system, allowing for automatic updates in constituent records and a streamlined acknowledgment process that can save you loads of time.

Why we built LGL Forms

Until now, LGL offered integrations with the Wufoo and FormStack form-building services and with PayPal online payments, and we continue to support these excellent products. However, as nonprofits are requesting more integrated software solutions with more automation (see these survey results), we decided to build our own forms product to better meet our customers’ needs. The most important benefits we wanted to provide were:

• Simple setup and seamless integration with the LGL donor management system
• A good way to create and manage recurring donations
• Lower costs and increased efficiency by eliminating the need for a separate subscription to a forms service
• The ability for nonprofits to manage branding and the donor experience from start to finish

Our goal with LGL Forms was to create an extremely affordable tool that is easy for our customers to set up and powerful enough to support all of their needs for publishing forms and collecting information online.
