New and improved ebook: Advanced Integration Guide for LGL

We’re excited to share this new and improved guide to Advanced Integrations for Little Green Light. The integrations featured in this guide are all designed to support the creation of Custom Integrations. This is a great alternative to consider when a built-in integration to a software service that you want to connect your LGL account to doesn’t exist.

Four integrations are featured in this guide

• Custom Integrations (based on setting up a webhooks endpoint in LGL)

• LGL API

• Zapier

• Permanent Links (based on LGL scheduled reports)

Some of these options require that you have software development skills (especially the Custom Integrations based on setting up a webhooks endpoint and the LGL API). But the other integrations (Zapier and Permanent Links) can be implemented by anyone with moderate technical skills (no programming required).

We’ve made a lot of improvements to these integration options since we last updated this ebook in 2020: We’ve added many new fields to the LGL API (most importantly, the ability to get and post gifts) and to our Zapier integration (including tribute gifts, events, and volunteering).
