Please join Little Green Light and LANDSCAPE on September 12, 2019, for a free webinar about the integration between LGL and LANDSCAPE, the land conservation software application.
It can be a challenge for land trusts and other conservation groups to coordinate the work they do in conservation land stewardship with the work they do in fundraising and donor management. A lot of the data is overlapping, yet there are unique needs on each side.
If you use both Little Green Light and LANDSCAPE, that challenge is made a lot easier when you turn on the integration between the two services:
Land trusts have been using Little Green Light since early in our history, with the first land trust customer joining in 2011. There are now over 100 land trusts and conservation groups using Little Green Light. We have been attending the Land Trust Alliance RALLY conference for many years as well, and we recently had a chance to present at the CT Land Conservation Conference. (Watch a recording of the talk we gave.)
Land trusts appreciate the ability to work remotely (in the cloud) in Little Green Light. They also enjoy being able to add unlimited team members in their accounts because this facilitates collaborating with colleagues. In addition, LGL makes it easy to track many different attributes about constituents and their gifts, manage events and appeals, and keep close tabs on major gift asks.
Fortunately, a few years ago one of LGL’s land trust customers happened to have an employee who was developing software specifically for land trusts. Caleb Pourchot built LANDSCAPE to help conservation groups track and manage the land they steward, and he encouraged Little Green Light to make it possible for him to integrate his software with LGL. That integration launched in fall 2016.
