We are excited to announce that we now offer a Basic Training Webinar Course for new Little Green Light users. You can learn preliminary details about that offering below.
We have also made some updates to our Knowledge Base, which are itemized later in this article.
Beginning in April 2018, we will offer a Basic Training course, free to all Little Green Light customers. This course will consist of four (4) one-hour webinars, one held each week for four weeks. The webinars will cover the following topics:
Week 1: Gifts & acknowledgments
Week 2: Searching & reporting
Week 3: Communicating with your donors using LGL
Week 4: Online donations and event registrations
The April 2018 Basic Training Course is scheduled to occur on Mondays from 1-2 pm ET, beginning on April 2 and running through April 23.
To register, please visit the Help page in your Little Green Light account. You can register for each webinar individually, but we recommend attending all 4 sessions.
