March 2017 Release Notes

Posted March 10, 2017 by Timi Paccioretti

Here’s a listing of new Little Green Light features and updates that were released on March 4, 2017.

New features:

Customizable “Lapsed Donor” definition

Little Green Light users can now customize the time frame used in defining a “Lapsed Donor”. With this update, LGL will update an “Active Donor” to a “Lapsed Donor” based on the number of months you select (between 6 and 24 months).

Restrict a team member’s access to only constituents they steward

With this feature, you’re able to restrict which constituents a team member can view. If selected, the team member will see only constituents if (a) they created the constituent record, or (b) they’re assigned as the constituent’s steward.

New integration with MarketSmart’s Fundraising Report Card

The Fundraising Report Card provides intuitive visual fundraising dashboards. With this integration, you can easily pull a comprehensive file of giving history into your Fundraising Report Card. The Fundraising Report Card offers a free tier to nonprofits, and it is easily integrated with your Little Green Light account.

Updates to existing features:

Improved: Bulk updating of constituent categories

With this improvement, the addition and removal of constituent categories for a group of records is a lot more transparent, providing greater visibility into the changes that will be made in each record as well as giving you an option to save an update for later and to undo your most recent update.

LGL payment forms

With this update, LGL Forms users will be able to navigate back to the main Forms screen after clicking the Enter payment information button to correct or add information:

    1. Hi Jennifer,
You can view a constituent’s Giving Status when you view their full record. It is within the Giving Summary area (on the top right hand side of the page.)
