Statement regarding COVID-19 and how it affects Little Green Light

These are unprecedented times. The impact of COVID-19 is being felt across the world, in every community. With all of the uncertainty that the Novel Coronavirus has brought with it, we wanted to give you an update on what’s happening with LGL and what you can expect from us in the coming months.

First, please know that all of us at Little Green Light continue to be available to support your work in LGL. Our staff has always operated as an entirely distributed workforce, and we are fully up and running. Though we are offering our staff any time off that they need to care for themselves or their loved ones, we remain ready and able to assist you by email, through our training webinars, and through our continuous software improvement work. In the event of a substantial change in our ability to provide our usual level of support, we will update this statement.

Second, we have redundant systems (one on each coast) in place in case there’s a need to fail over, and as always we maintain daily backups of every LGL account.

P.S. You have probably heard about this already, but in an effort to help spread the word, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act has now been signed.
