With 2026 upon us, we thought this would be a good opportunity to share a few LGL Resources to help you gear up for a productive and efficient fundraising year. These resources include learning how to prepare annual statements with LGL and taking advantage of our LGL Basic Training course geared for new users.
If your nonprofit organization plans to send annual statements to donors this year, we have a few helpful resources that you can use to make it easier with Little Green Light.
Request our free guide on generating annual statements in LGL. In this guide, we cover who should receive year-end tax statements as well as how to use LGL to generate either printed letters or emails. If you don’t currently send annual statements, this guide can help you decide if this is something your organization would like to start doing.
We’ll soon be offering a special live training webinar on using LGL’s Annual Statements feature.
The same training session will be offered three times throughout January, and will consist of a live demonstration in Little Green Light, along with a Q&A period facilitated by an LGL expert.
Webinar dates:
Wednesday, January 14, at 1 pm ET
Wednesday, January 21, at 1 pm ET
Wednesday, January 28, at 1 pm ET

If you can’t wait for our live training, we also have a recording of the session presented last year in January 2025. The training covers how to generate simple annual statements for your donors using LGL’s Annual Statements feature. See our Knowledge Base article Quickly generate a simple annual statement in your account for additional written guidance.
Our Basic Training webinar course, geared for the newest LGL users, covers the very basics of using LGL and includes these main topics: Constituent management, gift management, and reporting. The course is held live every other month over a period of 3 weeks, with 2 sessions offered each week.
The next series begins on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2 pm ET.
Register once for all 6 sessions in each series, and join one or all as your schedule permits.
All registrants will receive a link to a recording of each session. Each recorded session will also be posted in LGL’s Video Library and will include the documents shared in the sessions.
Register for these free sessions from the Help page in your LGL account or by clicking here.
