Newest training opportunities for LGL users

Do you want to learn how to use Little Green Light more effectively? If so, you may be interested in some of the newest training opportunities we have coming up over the next few months.

Basic Training webinar course

Every other month, we offer a Basic Training webinar course geared to new LGL users. This series consists of three hour-long webinars held once per week, covering the following topics:

• Constituents 101
• Gift Management 101
• Reporting 101

The dates for the next 3 series are:

• Thursdays: July 16, 23, 30
• Tuesdays: Sept 15, 22, 29
• Thursdays: Nov 5, 12, 19

You can register for the Basic Training webinar sessions either by navigating to the Help page in your LGL account or by visiting https://www.littlegreenlight.com/basic-training/.

Make sure you register for each session in the series that you want to attend. If you register for a session and then aren’t able to join it live, you will receive the recording following the session.

If our live training dates don’t fit your schedule, you can access a recorded version in our Video Library at any time.

Special Topic Training webinars

In addition to our Basic Training sessions, we also offer Special Topic Training webinars throughout the year that focus on some of the most commonly used features in LGL. These sessions will be offered in the months between our Basic Training series, so you can build your knowledge of LGL throughout the year.

Like the Basic Training webinars, all registrants will receive a recording of the training regardless of whether you join live. We recommend joining live, however, so that you have the opportunity to ask questions in the Q&A that follows each session.

LGL Training: How to best manage your LGL account settings and users

This special topic training session will focus on how to manage and update your account settings as well as discuss some best practices on adding, managing, and updating users in your LGL account. There are loads of account settings that can help simplify your work, including enabling automatic soft credits by relationship type, customizing giving status definitions, or even managing which custom categories are visible in your account, to name a few. We will discuss these and many others in this hour-long webinar.
