Upcoming training webinars for LGL’ers

Are you new to using Little Green Light? Or have you been using the platform for a while but you’d really like to become more proficient? If so, stay tuned because we’ve put together our Training Calendar for the first half of 2020. These training webinars teach the basics and offer some in-depth training on a few of Little Green Light’s most commonly used features.

Here’s the scoop on our Basic Training webinar sessions

Every other month beginning in January, we will offer a Basic Training webinar series geared to new LGL users. This series consists of three hour-long webinars held once per week, covering the following topics:

• Constituents 101
• Gift Management 101
• Reporting 101

The dates for the next 3 series are:

• Jan 16, 23, 30
• March 12, 19, 26
• May 7, 14, 21

You can register for the Basic Training webinar sessions either by navigating to the Help page in your LGL account or by visiting https://www.littlegreenlight.com/basic-training/. Be sure to register for each session in the series that you want to attend. If you register for a session and aren’t able to join in live, you will receive the recording following the training date.

If our live training dates don’t fit your schedule, you can access a recorded version in our Video Library at any time.

New Special Topic Training webinars

In addition to our Basic Training sessions, we will also offer Special Topic Training webinars throughout the year that will focus on some of the most commonly used features in LGL. These sessions will be offered in the months between our Basic Training series, so you can build your knowledge of LGL throughout the year.

These topical webinars will often consist of two sessions: The first part will discuss the fundamentals, and the second will provide a more advanced training opportunity. You can choose to register for and attend one or both of the sessions. Like the Basic Training webinars, all registrants will receive a recording of the training, regardless of whether you join live. We recommend joining live, however, so that you can participate in the Q&A that follows each session.

Importing Data Training

Our first 2-part special topic training will focus on importing data into Little Green Light. The training will consist of two parts: The first discusses the fundamentals of importing; the second reviews the advanced features available in the Flex Importer.

The dates for these sessions are:

• Feb. 6, 2020, 3-4 pm ET: Importing Fundamentals
• Feb. 13, 2020, 3-4 pm ET: Advanced Use of the Flex Importer

Event Management Training

The second special topic training we have scheduled for the first part of 2020 will focus on how to use LGL to track event data, and how to use our Forms feature to accept online event registrations and payments.

The dates for these sessions are:

• April 9, 2020, 3-4 pm ET: Event Management 101
• April 16, 2020, 3-4 pm ET: Event Registration Forms
